Celesta has built a new tool called the Scenario Builder: you can now directly update scenarios from Celesta and make it a reality!

1) What is the Scenario builder?

The scenario builder allows you to create scenario leading to an action following this pattern: Events > Event Condition > Segment > Delay > Action

• Event = what triggers the scenario to be ran. It can be one of the following:

1. Enter Segment
2. Schedule
3. Withdrawal Request

• Event Condition = what are the event conditions needed to achieve your goal

1. Segment
2. Payout Method
3. Amount

• Segment = Segments you created that you want to be impacted by the final action

• Delay = ****perform an action after a delay of X hour(s). It can be set up to 72 hours.

• Action = what is the end result you want to achieve. It can be:

1. Close account
2. Lock account
3. Update maximum bet amount
4. Update VIP level
5. Update Withdrawal limit
6. Update withdrawal limit count
7. Validate Withdrawal request
8. Update Custom attributes

2) What scenario can you create?

Assign VIP levels automatically

Unassign a VIP player level

Use the Schedule event

Update the player WD limit to match your VIP level requirements

Validate automatically withdrawals (on certain conditions)

Close accounts automatically (set as Inactive status)

Update withdrawal limit count

Lock Account

3) Must Know

• In the below example, you can see a business case where a player belong either to the TEST PO segment, or to the TEST PL segment (or both). Regardless the segment the player belongs to, the action will be executed as they lead to the same action.

  

• Celesta released the Clone feature for Scenarios! Since direct editing of existing scenarios is not allowed, users can now click the Clone button to duplicate a scenario and make the necessary modifications in the new copy.
