The Scenario Builder lets you automate actions on your players: you define what triggers a scenario, who it applies to, and what happens at the end.

1) What is the Scenario builder?

The scenario builder allows you to create scenarios leading to an action, following this pattern: Event>Event Condition>Segment>Delay>Action

• Event = what triggers the scenario to be ran. It can be one of the following:

1. Enter Segment
2. Schedule
3. Withdrawal Request
4. Document status updated

• Event Condition = the conditions the event must meet for the scenario to continue. The conditions available depend on the event you selected:

1. Segment
2. Payout Method
3. Amount
4. Document status
5. Rejection reason

• Segment = Segments you created that you want to be impacted by the final action
• Delay = ****perform an action after a delay of X hour(s). It can be set up to 72 hours.
