Celesta introduces the ability to automatically validate withdrawal requests (WDR) using the scenario tool.

How does it work?

If a scenario is configured to automatically validate withdrawal requests on your brand, the system will assess each newly created WDR against predefined conditions. If the withdrawal request meets the specified criteria, the scenario tool will trigger the validation process automatically.

Scenarios can be set up to validate withdrawal requests based on specific conditions related to both WDR and player assets.

Supported conditions related to the withdrawal:

1. Amount: Less than or equal to,

1. Payout method: All methods existing in your brands will be supported.

Supported conditions related to the player:

• All segmentation criteria: Any improvements made to this engine will be supported by the scenario tool.
