Celesta introduces the ability to automatically close player account using the scenario tool.

How does it work?

It functions similarly to manually closing the account, but the automation tool performs the action automatically when a player matches certain conditions.

A) From the event: Enter Segment

⇒ Instant update. The player’s account will be closed as soon as they enter the segment.

B) From the event: Schedule

⇒ perform the check at a specific time of day (e.g. every day at 10:00 am UTC).

Key benefits:

• Automate the account closure flow for the required players instead of using a hidden script: all players who meet the conditions will have their accounts closed.
• Stay in control and update conditions based on market evolution or player behavior: all criteria can be adjusted at any time to fit your needs.
