With this feature, businesses can more effectively automate the unassignment of VIP levels, ensuring players no longer retain a VIP when they no longer meet the defined criteria.

To create this scenario, make sure to create the segment with the criteria’s of you choice.

Then, on the Scenario builder, create a new entry and:

1. Create a schedule event
2. Assign the segment of your choice
3. Update the VIP level to “Null".
4. Click on Create and don’t forget to activate your scenario on the scenario builder’s main page.
