Segments | Notion

This menu allows you to create as many segments as you want based on your activity’s needs.

You can make a search and narrow it done selecting the desire criteria: ID, Name, Currency, Players assigned, Created at, Updated at

ID	ID of the segment*
Name	Name and Surname of the player
Currency	Currency chose by the player at the registration stage
Players assigned	Number of players assigned to a segments as they fit its criteria
Created at	Date and time of the segment’s creation
Updated at	Date and time of the last segment’s update
Actions	Three actions are available, you can:

copy to your clipboard the list of players assigned to the specific segment you are looking for
clone/duplicate one segment to use its model and save time when creating a new one
delete/remove the segment |

*Clicking on the ID will open the segment settings (see below)

We highly recommend archiving no longer needed segments in order to keep the active list clear.

In the “Archived” tab, you will be able to:

Clone a new segment from an archived one if you decide to reuse the same criteria.
Search for segments archived within the past 6 months.

After 6 months, the segments simply are not visible, but they still are in the data base. We can increase the visibility time frame if needed.

To create a new segment, click on the “Create” button at the top right corner. This will open a new tab.

Start typing the name you want to give to your segment and define its currency.
