What is Status Page?

It is a visualization tool that provides real-time information about the operational status, performance, and availability of Celesta services, systems, or applications.

ACTIONS

  1. Click on the Celesta Logo to be redirected to the Celesta Service Desk for reporting an issue.

  1. "Subscribe to Updates" (this will send notification updates regarding incidents and maintenance)

  1. Hover mouse over status bar for quick view. Click (+) to see all components of the platform.

  1. Hover mouse over (?) to view description of the component.

  1. Scroll down to view the past notifications of incidents and maintenance.

  1. Click on View Historical Uptime to have broader visibility of the statuses of the platform.
