The Players menu is dedicated to PSPs and Users with no access to the global Players menu to allow them checking players KYCs.

Such Users will only have access to documents that are “Validated”.

To search for a player, the PSP has to select the player’s ID:

He will then be able to see the Validated document of a specific player account, with the following criteria:

| Status | (”Validated” by default) ⇒ All the document type created on the player’s account will be displayed in this columns | | --- | --- | | ID | ID of the document. You can click on it to trigger a pop up to display an Overview of the document (No action on the document is available). | | Type | Type of the document (eg.: If the document status is “PROOF OF IDENTITY”, its type can be “Identity document (front side)”, “Identity document (back side)”, “Driver Licence”, “Passport”, etc.) | | Expires at | Date of expiration of the document | | Uploaded at | Date when the document was uploaded on the platform | | Updated at | Most recent date of when the document was processed |
