The registered players will appear starting from the most recent registered one.
In order to get the player count, click on the player menu and check at the bottom right (on the below example, you can see that 202 players registered in your domain).

| Status | Lead =
- Player who registered in the website but never deposited successfully.
Active =
- Player who registered in the website and did a deposit successfully.
Closed =
- Player who asked their account to be closed (eg.:because he is not satisfied with the service).
- Player with no activity during a period (following rule defined by operator).
Locked =
- Player’s account closed by the operator resulting of a fraudulent behavior, a blacklisting, bad behavior, etc. Some of these players can be reopened, some will never be. Depends on reasons we locked them.
Note:
We advise the operator to analyse any possible account reopening request as reopening a locked account may present a risk to your company.
Excluded =
- Player accounts closed for addiction reasons (Responsible gaming) or asking for a temporary closure not related to RG. Can be temporarily (cool-off) or definitely (lifetime exclusion). |

| Name | Name and surname of the player. |
| Country | Country of registration of the player. The country is always displayed in ISO code alpha 2. |
| Currency | Currency chose by the player upon his/her account creation. |
| Fiscal ID | Fiscal ID of a player |
| Aff ID | ID of the affiliation network the player is registering from.
Note: If the player does not come from an affiliate, the value will be “Null”. |
| KYC | Only two options are possible:
• By default, an is displayed: “KYC status: Not Verified”. It means that the KYC validation process of the player is not completed.
• Whenever a player does complete the KYC verification process and the account is validated, it will become “KYC status: verified”. |
| VIP lvl. | Vip level of the player (if any) |
| Tags | All the Tags created by the operator for Segmentation/Categorization and linked to the player’s account. |
| Registered at | Date DD/MM/YYY and time HH:MM:SS (UTC+0) of when the player’s account was created. |
