1) DOCUMENTS OVERVIEW

The page is used to have a look at all the KYC documents sent by the players as part othe his/her account validation process.

ID Internal Document ID
Type ID document (front) / ID document (back) / ID Document / Bank Card (front) / Bank Card (reverse) / Bank Card / Proof of Address / Bank Account Identity / Passport / Sworn Statement (residence) / Sworn statement (bank card) / Host ID card (front) / Host ID card (back) / Host ID Document / Host Passport / Selfie with ID Card / Other / Driver Licence / Source of Wealth / Proof of Payment method / Open Checks / RG - Sow / RG - Other / E-wallet / Resident card / ID card / Host proof of address
Expires at Expire date of the document (”null” if no date entered)
Uploaded at Date and time the document wad uploaded on the platform
Updated at Date and time the document wad last processed on the platform
Actions Used to delete a document

2) CREATE A DOCUMENT ITEM

To do so, all you have to do is to :

  1. click on the “ADD DOC” top right corner green button. A popup window appears.
  2. Select the document type and click on “ADD DOC” to confirm your action.

3) DOCUMENTS PROCESSING

A. Upload a document

To upload a document, click on the document ID. You will be redirected to the Document edition page.

  1. Click on the (+) button at the top right corner of the screen

  1. Click and drop the file in the rectangle to upload it (or click on it to open a file you want to upload it from // File format: PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF - Max file size: 10 mb
