The Bulk actions menu allows you to credit a free bonus to a desired player segment.

All you have to do is to click on the “Create” button at the top right corner, select the bonus type you wish to credit, the bonus itself and upload the Excel file containing the IDs of players you want to credit such bonus to, as well as the bonus amount.

The Excel file needs to be designed on a certain format. Contact us so we can share it to you or click on “DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE” to have an example.

Remember also that the file needs to be a .csv one and its size must note exceed 2mb.
