A blacklist feature is a tool designed to protect the casino from unwanted players, particularly those who are unlikely to spend money. You can set up a list of parameters—such as email patterns, IP addresses, names, and phone numbers—that automatically block players when they use these during registration.

The blacklist menu allows you to create or delete blacklisting lists based on:

• IP addresses
• Email
• Name
• Phone number

To add a new entry, select the appropriate tab (IP, Email, Name, or Phone number) at the bottom of the page. Then, click the "Create" button in the top right corner of the screen and fill in the requested information.

When blacklisting a player by IP, email, name, or phone, providing a Reason* is mandatory.

The blacklists you will create are not cross-brand designed. Should you have several brands under your domain, you would need to recreate another blacklist for other brands.

If you have a read-only permission, you will not be able to create and remove values. Should you need a permission to do so, please check with an administrator of of your brand.
